Terms and Conditions

- The policies considered with all return, exchange number of days and return payment of number of days are scheduled considering the working conditions of the company but the days can be further extended in some extreme circumstances which is acceptable by the client.

- There shall not be any legal actions and legal charges made on company, company’s goodwill from client in any situation occurred during the complete process of buying, exchange and return process of product on the company by client/ consignee.

- If the clearance department and the quality check department does not approve the return or exchange product, with no further enquiry there shall not be any refund considered and the product will be returned back to the client with charges applicable.

- The product if found in breakable condition , molded condition , missing diamonds , parts of product , originality of the product , change in design and further all possible conditions which is not considered correct according to subject consideration book of jewelry will not be cleared from these departments.
