Exchange Policy

If the customer wishes to exchange any jewelry that is purchased from www.inrangejewellery.com they can do so, by returning the same to www.inrangejewellery.com, registered address.

If exchanged within 8 days of purchase:

100% exchange of invoice value can be availed by the customer, if the product is exchanged within 8 days of purchase. Exchange of Smart Buy (Make to order) orders, Customized Jewelry orders and personalized jewelry orders are not allowed. 8 days will be considered from delivered date of the product to the consignee/ recipient

If exchanged after 8 to 20 days of purchase:

The gold rate on website www.inrangejewellery.com or of the In Range store is applicable at the time of exchange will be considered as the benchmark rate.

- Gold rate will be exchanged @ 100% benchmark rate

- 100% exchange on diamond value charged against diamond jewelry

- 90% exchange on precious and semi-precious stones value against diamond jewelry

- No exchange value for making charges, other color stones and taxes. They will not be any value adjusted for making charges , other color stones and all the taxation charges

NO EXCHANGE BEYOND 20 DAYS

Exchange will only happen when the product finds out to be perfect in order according to our subject check consideration format after receiving back return product from client at IN RANGE head office then the exchange clearance department will generate a mail to the client with green signal or any casualties regarding return product then the new product will be dispatched. The exchange logistic charges has to bear by client only for returning the product to the head office.

In case the exchange clearance department do not pass the green signal after receiving the product, the returned product will be sent back to the client with no further enquiry on the matter with company and company will return the product in the same condition back to the client and the delivery charges has be bear by client again.

The process of exchange can take 10/15 days after receiving returned (exchange) product.

There shall not be any legal action, charges and legal consideration with no further questions and enquiry on company that can be made by client regarding policy
