Refund Policy

No Questions Asked Refund Policy

If the customer wishes to return our product, he/she can do so within 8 days of receiving delivery. We will ensure that the entire amount is refunded to the customer’s account within 12 working days after receiving the product back with us. Below mentioned conditions are applicable for refund.

● If the customers do not like our product, he/ she can send the product back to us within 8 days. We will make sure to refund the entire amount back to customer’s account within 12 working days.

● You can find registered address on www.inrangejewellery.com and the refund will be applicable only if the product is shipped to the registered address within 12 days of receiving delivery.

● This refund facility is available only through www.inrangejewellery.com.

● This refund is subject to quality confirmation by our skilled quality assurance team and on verification that the product of the same is complete with all the documents like insurance certificate, original invoice and product certificate and all documents. There will be a mail generated from clearance department about the same.

● 8 days refund policy is not applicable for smart buy (Make to Order), customization, and engraving, personalized, purchase using promotion code or by discount coupon

Refund is not applicable if clearance departments raises any causalities found with the product after analyzing them. There shall not be any legal actions, charges, and consideration with no further questions and enquiry on company can be made by client. There shall not be any legal actions can be made on company if clearance department reject the acceptance of return product and exchange product if found not correct according to return exchange product format of the company.

The client has to bear charges of logistic in the whole refund and return process of product.
